Patients attempting to self-schedule shouldn’t be stopped by a lack of provider availability. This enhancement guides patients to alternate providers at the same clinic when their first choice isn’t accepting new patients — helping them stay in the flow and complete the task of scheduling without needing to call.
Millions of learners download HLT Mastery apps to prepare for high-stakes exams, but data showed many new users weren’t completing a critical first step: answering their first practice question. I led a cross-functional effort to remove friction from the early experience, resulting in first-time user conversion increasing to an average of 75% across tested apps.
